Just in case you were wondering, ‘artemisian’ is not technically a word you would find in the Oxford English dictionary, but rather a term coined by yours truly to mean ‘of or related to Artemis’. 

 

My childhood obsession with Percy Jackson fostered a continued interest in Ancient Greek mythology and a little bit of further research into the topic led me to the conclusion the Venn Diagram of influences and main features of my art and the symbols of Artemis could be captured in a circle. Some of these features include the moon, vegetation, and wildlife. Artemis being the patron and protector of women also does not hurt. 

 

My art is predominantly intended to be used for tattoo designs, however if the subject matter I try to capture appeals to you, feel free to enjoy it in any form you’d prefer, whether as a customer or just an observer :)
